LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – EASTER RAFFLE

1.- PROMOTIONAL COMPANY

The company Carlos Osca SL, with registered office at Carrer de Zamora, 91-95 3-4 - 08018 Barcelona (Barcelona), and with CIF B63313712, is organizing a European-wide draw, to be carried out online, exclusively for users residing in European Union countries, in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this draw is to encourage purchases and reward brand loyalty.

2.- START DATE AND END DATE

The promotion will start on March 27, 2026 and will end on March 29, 2026 at 23:59 (Spanish peninsular time).

The company reserves the right not to carry out the promotional action if, by the start date, fewer than 10 orders have been placed.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be as follows:

  • Those who reside in European Union countries and are over 18 years of age may participate.
  • All individuals who place an order on the brand's official website www.lunallena.es within the promotional period indicated will automatically participate.
  • Each order placed will count as a unique entry in the draw.
  • No additional action on social media is required to participate.

4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZE

2 random winners will be selected from all orders placed during the promotional period.

Winners will be contacted on Monday, March 30, 2026 via the email address or phone number provided in their order.

The prize will consist of a discount code for the total value of the order placed by the winner, redeemable exclusively on the brand's official website www.lunallena.es for a future purchase.

Code conditions:

  • The code will be for single use.
  • It will be valid until July 30, 2026.
  • The code must be used in an order placed after the one that generated the participation.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, any other product or promotion, or be subject to change or alteration.
  • The winning order cannot be returned with the purpose of re-placing the same order using the promotional code obtained. If this behavior is detected, the company reserves the right to cancel the code and exclude the participant from the promotion.

Winners will have a period of 7 calendar days to confirm receipt of the prize. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to assign a new winner.

The holding of the draw, as well as the granting of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is found that any of the participants do not meet the requirements established in these rules, or that the data provided is invalid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.

The company reserves the right to declare the draw void.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

If the promotion is communicated on social media, comments or opinions with inappropriate or offensive content, or that violate the rights of third parties, will not be allowed.

Participation may not violate the Community Guidelines or the Instagram Terms of Use.

The use of fraudulent means (bots, fake profiles, order manipulation, etc.) will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.

7.- EXONERATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

The company is not responsible for any technical incidents, losses, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the draw.

Likewise, it does not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure that prevent the proper development of the promotion.

8.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The company responsible for data processing is Carlos Osca SL, with registered office at Carrer de Zamora, 91-95 3-4 - 08018 Barcelona (Barcelona), and CIF B63313712.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing participation in the draw, communicating the winners, and processing the prize delivery.

Participants may exercise their rights by sending an email to eosca@lunallena.es, attaching a copy of an identification document.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

The company reserves the right to modify or extend these legal terms and conditions.

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law.

For any dispute, the Courts and Tribunals of the participant's city of residence will be competent.
