• My item is on pre-sale. What does this mean?

The items we have available for pre-order are still in production; that is, we are finishing production and we don't yet have the stock available for shipping. However, we offer you the possibility of reserving them so you don't miss out!

• When will I receive my order?

Each pre-order item may have a different shipping time. You will find the delivery time for each pre-order item in its description.

• What if I bought other items in the same order?

If your order is mixed, that is, it includes pre-order items and in-stock items, we will send the in-stock items and you will receive the pre-order items later.

• Can I return pre-ordered items?

Yes, the same returns policy applies as for in-stock items, and you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the items at your address. The same exceptions apply as for all other items, as outlined in the Returns Policy .
