PRE-SALE

• My item is available for pre-order. What does this mean?

The items available for pre-order are currently in production—in other words, we're finishing up production and don't yet have them in stock for shipping—but we're offering you the chance to reserve them so you don't miss out!

 

• When will I receive my order?

Each pre-order item may have a different shipping timeframe. You'll find the delivery timeframe for each pre-order item in the item's description. 

 

• What happens if I bought other items in the same order?

If your order is a mix—that is, it includes both pre-order items and items in stock—we will ship the items in stock first, and you will receive the pre-order items later.

 

• Can I return pre-order items?

Yes, the same return policy applies as for in-stock items, and you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the items at your home. The same exceptions apply as for all other items, as outlined in the Return Policy.
