Are exchanges between items allowed?
Yes, you can exchange your item for a different size or a different product , as long as the destination is the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands .
Depending on the price of the new item, we will proceed as follows:
- If the new product is more expensive: We will send you an automated email with a link to pay the price difference.
- If the new product has a lower cost: We will automatically process the refund of the difference once the exchange has been processed.
Important conditions:
- Geographic availability: Currently, changes are only available in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal .
- International orders: If you are located outside these areas, we cannot process direct exchanges. You will need to return the item and then place a new order for the desired size or product.
- Limit: Only one free exchange is allowed per order.
How do I request an exchange for an item?
If you need a different size or prefer a different item, the process is very simple. You get one free exchange per order. Just follow these steps:
- Send us an email: Write to online@lunallena.es .
- Email subject: Indicate "Order change #XXXX" (replace the x's with your order number).
- Preparation: Once processed, we will generate a shipping order for the new garment and a collection order for the one you want to return.
- The exchange: When the delivery person arrives to deliver the new package, you must hand over the package with the item to be returned at that same time .
Important note: Make sure you have the package ready and sealed when the courier arrives to expedite the process.
What is the deadline for making a change?
The maximum period for requesting any change is 15 calendar days , starting from the date you receive the order (either at your home or at a delivery point).
Garments with flaws or defects
If you have received a defective item, the deadline is also 15 calendar days from receipt. To process this, please:
- Send an email to online@lunallena.es .
- Please attach photos of the damage so our team can expedite the solution.
Important: Luna Llena reserves the right to refuse exchanges communicated outside the deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered (with their original tag and without signs of use).
Can I make a return?
Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
You will have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to return it, counting as the start date the one shown on the delivery note.
If you wish to return the item you received, it must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories and tags included, and in perfect condition. Otherwise, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
How to request a refund?
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Write to us: Send an email to online@lunallena.es .
- Provide us with the details: Tell us your order number, the items to be returned, the complete collection address and your preferred time.
- Service cost: €5 to be deducted from your total refund amount.
Remember: Make sure the package is properly sealed and ready for when the courier arrives during the agreed time slot.
Shipping cost €5 will be deducted from the refund. In the case of defective items, returns are free.
I prefer to send the package myself.
If you prefer, you can also return the item using any courier service that offers tracking to prevent loss. In that case, the package must arrive at our facilities within the specified timeframe, and we will refund the full amount of your order.
The steps to follow are the following:
- Place the items you wish to return in the package. The garments must be in perfect condition and with their original tags.
- Go to your preferred courier service and send the return to the following address:

Returns from the Canary Islands
Option 1: Collection managed by us
You can request that we collect the package from your home by writing to online@lunallena.es .
- Cost: €15, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Exception: If the item is defective or has any flaw, the return is completely free .
Option 2: Self-shipping
If you prefer, you can send the package to us via the shipping company of your choice. In this case, you should send it to the following address:

Returns from the rest of Europe
For countries in the rest of Europe, you can manage the refund using the following options:
Option 1: GLS Delivery Point (Recommended)
You can drop off your package at any convenient GLS network location.
- Management: Access the following link to process your label: Select a GLS point .
- Cost: €15 to be deducted from the refund.
- Defective items: If the return is due to a fault or defect, the process is free of charge .
Option 2: Self-shipping
If you prefer to use another shipping company, you can send the package to our offices:

Refund information
Once we receive the item in our warehouse and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 days .
Returns from other countries
For orders placed from other countries, the customer must arrange the return shipment at their own expense.

It is very important to note that any customs duties, tariffs or local taxes arising from importing to Spain are the sole responsibility of the customer .

Once we receive and verify the condition of the items, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days .

FREE shipping on orders over €30. (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours on business days, excluding holidays and peak seasons. Once the package leaves our warehouse (Barcelona, Spain), the customer will receive an email or text message from the courier company with the tracking number.
Estimated delivery times:
- Shipping cost €6.
- Free shipping on purchases over €30.
- Estimated delivery time 24/48 business hours from shipment.
Shipping to the Canary Islands
FREE shipping on orders over €100.
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours on business days, excluding holidays and peak seasons. Once the package leaves our warehouse (Barcelona, Spain), the customer will receive an email or text message from the courier company with the tracking number.
- Shipping cost €15.
- Free shipping on purchases over €100.
- Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days from shipment.
Import duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping to Europe
FREE shipping on orders over €120.
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours on business days, excluding holidays and peak seasons. Once the package leaves our warehouse (Barcelona, Spain), the customer will receive an email or text message from the courier company with the tracking number.
- Shipping cost €20.
- Free shipping on purchases over €120.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from shipment, depending on the destination. Deliveries within the UK may take longer.
Import duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping to the rest of the world
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours on business days, excluding holidays and peak seasons. Once the package leaves our warehouse (Barcelona, Spain), the customer will receive an email or text message from the courier company with the tracking number.
- Shipping cost €70.
- The delivery time will depend on the destination country.
Import duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tariffs and taxes
All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, which are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. If the customer refuses the order or refuses to pay the duties/taxes, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for customs delays, and transit times provided by the courier service are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
Availability of items
We suggest you check our website to stay up to date on all the latest news and availability of our items.
If the size of the item you're interested in is out of stock, but you have the "Notify me when available" option, you can provide us with your email address and we'll let you know if it becomes available again in the coming days. This process does not constitute a reservation.
Some items may display a "limited stock" message for certain sizes. If you're interested in any of them, we encourage you to purchase them now to avoid missing out.
Please note that items in your basket are not reserved. If your basket includes items that are no longer available, we will notify you so you can remove them and complete your purchase of the rest.
