Refund policy

RETURNS

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return it, with the start date being the one indicated in the delivery note.

If you wish to return the item, it must be in its original packaging, unused, with its accessories and labels, and in perfect condition. Otherwise, the item will not be eligible for exchange or return.

If you need a size exchange (service available only in Spain), you can request it by emailing online@lunallena.es.

To make a return, please follow the procedure below:

 Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

Transport cost: €5, which will be deducted from the refund. In the case of defective items, returns are free of charge.

You can request a home pickup by emailing online@lunallena.es.


Alternatively, you can select a GLS point to drop off your package.
